2 Easy Ways To Register
1. Visit www.vancouver.ca to register online. Online registration for Summer 2017 will begin on Wednesday, May 17th at 9:00AM.
2. Registration for Summer 2017 programs in person or over the phone will start on Wednesday, May 17th at 9:00AM at the Trout Lake Community Centre (3360 Victoria Drive, Vancouver, BC, 604-257-6955)
*Please note: Registration for Little Einstein Camps and Summer Daze Camp registration started on March 15, 2017.
If you are new to online registration please set up an account 48 hours prior to registering for your class. Please contact us if you would like us to set up an account for you, or you require assistance accessing your account. Registration is first-come, first served. Programs may fill up quickly so don’t delay!
Convenient Payment Options
Participate on your own terms through our convenient drop-in and registration options. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online and phone registration, and in person registration also accepts cash and debit. Cheques are accepted for Association Programs. N.S.F cheques will incur a $20 fee.
Full refunds will be issued for any programs cancelled by the Centre. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the 2nd scheduled class. No other refund requests will be considered without a doctor’s note. All refunds will be pro-rated with an administration fee of $5 applied to each person & program.
*Refund Policy: Birthday Party is 14 TLCC business days.
*Refund Policy: All Camp programs, Personal Training and Workshops 7 Trout Lake CC business days-full refund, 3-6 TLCC business days’ 75% refund and 1-2 business day’s 50% refund.
*Refunds will be returned by method of payment, with the exception of cash.
Financial Assistance / Leisure Access Card Program (LAC)
Individuals and families requiring financial assistance may be eligible for subsidy through the Vancouver Park Board’s Leisure Access Card Program. Those with a valid leisure access card can receive up to 50% discount towards program and fitness centre fees (single admissions and monthly passes) at Trout Lake. In the course of providing programs and activities, the Vancouver Board of Parks & Recreation collects personal information from members and other individuals who participate in classes, workshops, events or other facility uses. This information may be used for the provision of services, communication, processing payments and/or statistical purposes.
