Children are often instinctually interested in taking care of the Earth, and learning how plants grow. Fostering this interest is so important! We need to raise a generation of humans who view the Earth with respect and as an ally.
This exciting program explores new ways of engaging with the local natural environment through planting, music and play. We will explore the needs of plants and how they align with the needs of little people (and big people too!).
Recognizing our common connection with the natural environment is a transformative way to make change for the future. Fueled by a passion for protecting Mother Nature, the instructor commits to making this a fun and engaging time for children and their caregivers.
Please wear clothes appropriate for planting and getting dirty! Parent participation is mandatory.
