New Process for Complimentary Parking Registration

Trout Lake Community Centre Association

Beginning October 26, 2026, the iPad kiosks used to register for three hours of complimentary parking will be removed from Hillcrest, Kerrisdale, and Trout Lake Community Centres, pools, and arenas.

Community centre users will continue to receive three hours of complimentary parking by registering at a parking meter in the parking lot OR through a third-party parking app.

This change responds to user feedback about challenges with the kiosks and aims to provide a simpler, more reliable, and familiar registration process. It will also allow users to register for complimentary parking and pay for any additional time in one single transaction.

NOTE: Third-party parking apps charge a $0.45 convenience fee per transaction, including when used solely to register for the complimentary three hours. Registering at a parking meter is FREE of additional fees.

Please direct any feedback you have about the parking strategy to 3-1-1 by phone or online.

Parking violation disputes and questions can be submitted via email to [email protected] or by phone +1 (888)-501-1343.
