Trout Lake Community Centre Association and Park Board sometimes take photos/videos/other media in order to promote programs in print or online. If people are included in those photos and are identifiable, they will be asked to sign a photo release form. Participants are always welcome to deny permission for their photo to be taken when taking part in a Trout Lake program.
Instructors are not allowed to take photos of the classes they instruct, or to ask participants for permission to take their photo.

The Board of Directors of the Trout Lake Community Centre Association (TLCCA) hold the Annual General Meeting annually on the fourth Wednesday of November. Everyone is welcome to attend and members of the Association are eligible to vote.
Any member is eligible to vote at the AGM if they have registered for an Association program or renewed their membership more than 30 days before the AGM, and their membership is in good standing. A member is not in good standing if they’ve failed to uphold the constitution or haven’t complied with the bylaws or policies of the Board, if and to the extent applicable.
Anyone over the age of 18 who registers for Association programs and activities at the Centre (note that this excludes Fitness Centre and rink programs) will automatically become a member unless they choose to ‘opt out’/decline the membership. However, adult community members may specifically request membership by registration, with assistance of Trout Lake staff. A Membership lasts 12 months from the date the person becomes a member.
Any member in good standing who is qualified to act as a Director as set out in section 44 of the Societies Act of British Columbia and renewed their membership more than 30 days before the AGM is eligible to be a Director. We are looking for experienced volunteers in the areas of Human Resources, Legal and Strategic Planning.
Names of nominees are submitted in writing before the AGM and made available to members at the AGM. Eligible members may also be nominated by a member at the AGM.
Join one of our committees! Read more about committees and how you can get involved with the Trout Lake Community Centre Association on the Get Involved page.
