Birthday Parties

• Full refunds, minus a $5 administration fee, will be issued to the purchaser if requested a full 30 days’ prior to the party date. Note that 30 days includes weekend days.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or phone call. Please call the front desk at 604-257-6955 during operating hours.
• Registrations are non-transferable to another person.

Our tablecloths come in various colours; we have pink, red, blue, green, and grey tablecloths in a checkered pattern.

Consider our add ons

Due to the Trout Lake Community Centre’s greening initiative balloon ban, we are unable to accommodate balloons of any kind. 

Previous parties have decorated their parties using birthday banners, crepe paper, tissue paper pompoms, table toppers, themed paper cups/plates, hanging spirals, paper lanterns, and circular fans.

You can also consider purchasing the back drop add-on.

No you cannot bring decorations or cake days in advance. However, we can usually accommodate the party arriving 15 minutes early to bring in their decorations and cake.

We have bowls, tongs, and platters that can be provided. However, they are limited and cannot be guaranteed as other programs in the centre may be using them. If you have specific needs, please prepare them on your own.

Yes, we are able to do pinata time a little bit before or after cake time.

• Saturday parties will have a private gym space.
• Sunday parties will happen in conjunction with the Parent-and-Tot program. This is a shared gym space.

* Sunday parties in the Summer occur in a private gym space.
