Financial Assistance

There are two programs to provide you with financial support.

The Leisure Access Program (LAP) is run by the City of Vancouver to provide low-income residents with discounted access to recreation facilities.

Program Cost Assistance is provided by the TLCC Association (TLCCA), to support members requiring financial support.

Did you know that our partner, the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation, has a subsidy too?

Individuals and families requiring financial assistance may be eligible for subsidy through the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation’s Leisure Access Program (LAP). Those with a valid leisure access card can receive up to 50% discount towards program and fitness centre fees (single admissions and monthly passes) at Trout Lake. For more information about the LAP program, please email [email protected] or get details here.

Not eligible for LAP but would still benefit from cost assistance?

Here at Trout Lake Community Centre we believe strongly that everyone should have access to programs regardless of income. The Trout Lake Community Centre Association (TLCCA) Program Cost Assistance provides assistance with program fees for community members in financial need.

Come in to the centre and speak with one of our staff to learn more about this program and how you can be supported.
