Shannon Saunders — Music

Shannon Saunders is a professional musician, teacher and recording artist. She has been teaching violin and fiddle in Vancouver for over 20 years as well as running The Vancouver Fiddle Club, a performance group for young musicians which meets on Tuesday evenings at Trout Lake Community Centre. Experienced in many styles of music (classical, folk, fiddle, pop and jazz) Shannon is able to tailor lessons to the students needs and interests. Shannon has appeared on numerous recordings and has recorded two solo albums with her bluegrass group, The Splinters. Her decade of work with The Paperboys earned her a Juno award and two West Coast Music Awards.
