Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Association hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be
held at Trout Lake Community Centre, British Columbia, on the 27th day of November 2019 at the hour of 7 p.m. for the following purposes:

1.   To receive the report of the directors to the members
2.   To receive the financial statements of the Association for the period ended August 31, 2019
3.   To appoint an accountant for the Association for the ensuing year
4.   To elect directors of the Association
5.   To conduct any other business that may properly be conducted by the members
6.   To pass a special resolution to alter the Bylaws of the Association as follows:

RESOLVED as a special resolution that:
the current Bylaws of the Association be altered to add what follows:

3.2       Notice of a general meeting will be sent to every member of the Society who has provided an email address to the Society, by email to that email address; physically posted in the centre; and
(a)   electronically posted at least 14 days before and until when the meeting is held on a website that is maintained by or on behalf of the Society; or
(b)   published in a local newspaper at least 14 days before the meeting.
