After two years of a virtual adaptation of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), we are excited to finally return to hosting our AGM in-person with refreshments, light snacks, and a community mingle session! Join us in the Lakewood Room at Trout Lake Community Centre on November 23rd, 7:00 p.m.

Members wishing to participate are asked to please register by Monday, November 14th here under Activity #436497.

Join the TLCCA Board of Directors!

We are also seeking community members to join the Trout Lake Community Centre Association’s creative and committed Board of Directors.

The Board consists of a maximum of 17 directors elected by members of the Association at our Annual General Meeting. Directors serve a term of two years.

We meet at 7 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of every month. In addition, directors may play a role on committees (such as the Program Committee, Arts and Social Committee, Seniors Committee, Preschool Committee, Climate Action Committee and Youth Council) or assist with special projects.

Membership lasts 12 months from the date the person becomes a member (s.2.2).
